Reviews
"Brand seems to me a little expensive, but for London it should be the price range. Men shoes were about £90-130 I liked the diversity of their shoes. However, the seller was spent to much time with laidy customer (or at least he was not care me that much as the only male costumer) The inventory was very slow and for every shoes I was waiting about 5-10 minutes"
"Really unpleasant shopping experience. I went in, intending to buy a pair of boots that I had seen online, but the blonde woman kept calling to sales assistants from across the store- no idea if they were new, or she was micromanaging them, but it was not relaxing to have someone yelling SKU numbers across the store (and she didn't speak to them kindly either). While she did provide some useful feedback on the amount of 'give' in the boots, she came across quite judgemental and opinionated. I won't be going back."
"Bought the gorgeous Dorchester bag in Pink and black grosgrain tip Crofts slingbacks. I was assisted by the excellent Ilona. She knew exactly what I was looking for, carefully double checked the items before payment & was pleasant throughout. I was very pleased with the Customer Service & would shop here again."
"I had great service from this shop. I’m travelling and didn’t know dune. The sales lady was very helpful and answered all my question about comfort and material. I brought 2 pairs and the 3 not in my size but she found for me in another shop close to my hotel. She also showed me now I can order to my country too online. She was very friendly and cared about my plans and what I wanted shoes for. the Name in receipt is mia."
"I had to pick up an order of two pairs of shoes. When I came in, the first lady who helped me out was very kind. But after trying the shoes, one pair didn't fit me so I gave them back, and another lady gave me the refund. She was so rude and unfriendly, that I had to post a review. I felt like I was annoying her, she was impatient and she talked to me like I was dumb. Smiling and being nice with customers is the key in sales."
