"Warm friendly servers who greet you as soon as they possibly can. The server asked me what I needed and suggested the products. It was simple as they were so knowledgeable. I even sat on the bench whilst they packed it up and came over with the tablet like in Apple Store. Done and dusted in 15 minutes. Thank you"

"Great manager in this store. Sorted out my trainer issue in a flash. Trainers she recommended are excellent. Good price too. Staff are professional and knowledgeable yet friendly. No pressure selling. Very much recommend the tree hugger shoe…..most comfortable trainer ever! Recommend the store also. Far better than Covent Garden store"
