"The most comfortable trainers I’ve ever worn and since my back op I’ve become quite the expert. And stylish too, I always get compliments. I tried the boots for the first time this winter. Not a single blister in sight which is rare as I have odd feet. When I spoke to customer care about what size to buy - speaking to a real person, they were super helpful. Free delivery and free returns made it a no brainer. And the good news is you are supporting a small British brand. Excited to see what new styles are coming. My feet thank you Air and Grace."
"I had been eyeing up a pair of sandals for years - finally took the plunge and it did not pay off! The first pair that arrived contained two left shoes. The second (first replacement) pair, two right shoes. On both occasions I called and was met with a friendly but somewhat carefree assistant who didn’t seem that bothered by the issue. I mentioned that both pairs thus far also had a number of flaws - glue on the soles, metallic paint rubbed off in places. I was assured the third pair I received would be in good condition and checked by the warehouse pre shipping. The final pair arrived and whilst finally receiving one left and one right shoe, they had a number of imperfections. This repeated issue speaks to very shoddy quality, especially when discussing a £120 pair of sandals! I called again and whilst the lady on the phone was polite there was no offer of a discount or any kind of gesture at this point which was frankly quite shocking. I am flabbergasted as to how they’re staying in business."
"If you want trainers to last 8 months + don’t buy them from here. I bought some in March 21 and the sole has split. Apparently it is deemed as ‘excessive wear’ if you wear them more than 3 times a week. Very disappointed as they are not cheap trainers. The brand states to be sustainable but it hardly is when you have to replace your trainers so often."
"Really pleased with the customer service from Emma and Michelle. I bought a beautiful and very comfy pair of ankle boots that had a slight flaw. They collected them the same day via courier and had a new pair to me the next day. Unfortunately these had a different flaw and both were the last two pairs in my size. These are going back again same day and the first pair are arriving back with me tomorrow at a discount. These things happen, but you couldn’t have been better at sorting it out. Many thanks and looking forward to wearing my new boots."
"Ordered a pair of shoes priced £159 for my wife. She's worn them to go to the shops and do the school run. She's been working from home since the beginning of the pandemic. Less than 6 months and a large crack has appeared on the right soul. I contacted Air & Grace who asked me to send them the shoes for inspection. They sent me a rather generic reply of which is almost identical to their responses to some of the poor reviews on here. Basically they said the crack is due to 'severe wear'. This is absolute rubbish as they've not been worn much at all. I would expect a pair of shoes that cost £159 to last for years. You often find out how good a company is when something goes wrong. I'm sorry to say, Air & Grace do not care about customers and I'll never buy any of their products again. I feel completely ripped off. Expected much more from a so called premium brand. Please Air & Grace, no need to reply to this review. The shoes you sold me are not fit for purpose. But what do I know.. I'm just a customer."
