"The worst nail shop I’ve been to in my 25 years of existence. Customer service atrocious, nails look ugly. The man lies to customers and cheats them. Check other reviews They keep doing it. Save your money don’t go there watch how they do your nails as they do quick cuts and also watch they don’t cheat you. I called in for an app an hour before they closed they told me to come in ten mins or they can’t do it. I got a cab but when I got there in ten mins and called on my way they saying they too busy they can’t do anymore and I told them I already made my way and In the cab then they blocked my number as when I called on private it went through . When I spoke to them again they told me come for 4 I’ll do it don’t worry when he knew the shop was going to be closed at 4 and that no one was going to stay behind one hour to do my nails. Luckily NAILS 4 YOU opposite sainsbury opens longer and are more popular because they know how to do nails properly."

"The man here is racist. If you are black AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I returned to fix a nail that broke the day after I paid to get an infill. He said he was busy even though only one customer was there. I refused to leave. Another customer attended 30 mins after her appointment and allowed me to repair the one nail. He began to shout at me. Then dragged up my hand, cussing me in his language. He refused to call Lina even though I asked several times. He was very aggressive to me. Never will I return to this place. I was the only black person in the shop and every time he speaks down to me and treats me poorly. It can’t be a mistake"
