Prior to my appointment I had noted down the two bits of damage to my car, the first the representative said she wouldn’t class as a scratch as it was paint transfer but the second she would have to “reclassify” when asked why I couldn’t select the option to say it was a scuff rather than a scratch I was told it was “only something we can do”. Due to this reclassification the value miraculously dropped over £400 from the online quote and when asked why as it would cost nowhere near that for a small bumper corner spray I was just told the price is the price. Don’t bother wasting your time with a quote from these cowboys, go to a reputable dealer and simply part exchange with no hassle."
