"Told me to drop my daughters car off gets ther3 at 345 no body in all shut up don't waste your time"
"I was sent by the dealer I purchased a vehicle from that has a few issues to be investigated by this so called "garage" who works with RAC warranty. First time I went there to have it diagnosed , They spend 10 seconds looking at it and plugged a diagnostic and the guy had no clue what it was and what to say. They said rebook and bring car for 2 days to be fully diagnosed.So I did. Dropped car off Thursday at 12:00 for the "2 day diagnostic" , not heard from them anything, had to call them up Saturday to ask for update, to be rudely told by owner that they're going home in 10 minutes and car is ready and to rush there if I want it today. Anyway, they were supposed to check suspension as it does awful sounds, start button and engine rattle at cold start. Amazingly this "garage" found no issues, which was a surprise, I went to pick the car up, no rattle from engine, I suspect owner of garage started it prior to my arrival. Left the car at the home for 2 hours, started it up and rattle was even worse now!!All the faults were still there. Awful awful service by this garage, inexperience and I would suggest you to stay away from these people if you want to avoid stress. It's clear that they don't have a clue what they are doing, and the owners is also extremely rude and abrupt to customers. I wish there was a 0 stars option. Any proof needed I am happy to share videos after I picked car up same day 2 hours later with the noises that they were supposed to diagnose."
"These guys attempted to repair my rangerover Sport EN17FPL. My car had an issue with the DPF filter blocked so they changed an intake part on the engine. 12 miles later my car was on flames on the motorway nearly killing me and my son. They would not take any ownership of the issue. If you need any further details i am happy to provide all the evidence. But i can only reccommend you stay clear of this garage. The incident happened March 21 Please contact me if you want any more evidence as i have all the relevant detail you need."
"Fantastic company will do 100% good job on your car in my book size is not everything . Go to the big boys on the block pay big bills . Are come to Micks and get a 100% job and MOT , done with TLC and your not just a next job . You are a customer that the boys will do the best job for you and your money .
