"Would highly recommend purchasing a tv from Martin Dawes, Warrington. Stuart, a sales representative spent considerable time with us explaining the different manufacturers and models of tv. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to ask questions of. It made a nice change dealing with someone who wasn’t pushy and who was very considerate towards us. We would highly recommend speaking to Stuart before purchasing your tv from any other shop."

"A shambles of a shop! Drove specially to this shop, turned up and the staff were LATE TO OPEN! Waiting for the manager to come with the “fob”… Staff need a lesson in how to not be a smartarse! Was in and out of this shop within 5 minutes because experience was appalling! Was told the TV I wanted was in a warehouse and it isn’t open. And it would be delivered at some point through the week! Wouldn’t recommend this shop if it was the last TV store in existence! Just don’t even bother going. 1st time I’ve ever been and definitely the last time."

"Engineer attended to replace the seal in our washing machine. After the drum was bouncing around when the machine was in use. Not sure how he missed this to be honest. Called the contact centre to get someone to come out and spoke to the most patronising and antagonistic staff member on the phone. Logged a complaint by email. Not even had an acknowledgment. Decided to buy a new washing machine rather than have to deal with this company ever again."

"Excellent service following contact with Richer Sounds with 43" SamsungTV, these people understood the problem and after I supplied email with rear panel photo of the model and build version, it was only 2 days for repair to be agreed. Engineer tracking on the morning of the repair was good to free up my time."

"Given this number for a Panasonic television repair. Diagnosed over the phone, no engineer visit. Instantly advised fault not covered by 5 year warranty. Quoting me £20 to provide an estimate for a new screen. Declined their offer and subsequently contacted Panasonic directly who advised it was a manufacturer fault and covered under its warranty. Given a different number for a repair company, screen now replaced and television working perfectly all under warranty. I definitely would not recommend Martin Dawes after my experience with them."
