"Picked up a pair of shoes. I knew what I wanted paid for it and then left. The Assistant didnt acknowledge me as I entered the shop. I was the only shopper in there. As a local retailer there sales item is a little expensive and they need to reduce their prices in order to bring customers in."
"Generally pleasant staff and Clarks return policy remains exemplary. However recently when I returned a school shoe when became unstitched after only 3 months of use the store manager was abrupt, terse and generally unfriendly. While she did not hesitate exchange for a replacement I sensed her impatience and like she was irritated just having to serve me. Although the junior staff were friendly the overall experience was cold and impersonal."
