"I booked a wash cut and blow dry for my mum's birthday after she was left disappointed with her previous salon. She came out looking 10 years younger. Best haircut in years. The stylist was Viv. I was so impressed I called and booked an appointment for myself. I am extremely happy with my cut. Just how I like it. Viv is very well experienced in all styling. "I had a hair cut this morning and it left me traumatised!!! My hair was very long (waistline length). I asked to maintain the length with a STRAIGHT hair cut and with JUST the end a BIT/SLIGHTLY layered. I ended up with my hair half back length (about 10/15cm shorter) with a V shape and the layers starting from my shoulders!!! Extremely disappointed and shocked!!! Had other professional to amend the error , however the damage was done and they cannot give my hair back. The worst Beauty/Saloon experience ever. Would definitely NOT recommend this place!"
