"Had wedding hair and makeup done here for myself and my bridesmaids on 24/8/19 and can’t thank everyone enough! Friendly, professional and efficient service, they were helpful and informative right from first enquiry through to the final farewell and even came on early on the day to get us done in time. They made me feel so relaxed on the day and I couldn’t have been happier with all of our results- both hair and makeup lasted with no issues (despite my watery eyes and the intense heat!) and survived the whole day. Highly recommend and would happily return in the future- thank you so much!"

"I started coming here maybe 2 yrs ago to get my haircut as it was open on a Sunday and haven't gone back to my old salon. Alice is the stylist that I usually have and I've been happy with my hair each time ive been. She's lovely and a good hairdresser too. I'd recommend coming here if you want to avoid town, paying for parking and want good hair! :) the salon itself isn't that nice though, it's dark, too hot and needs a revamp."

"I paid a total of £740 for permanent laser hair removal 6 sessions (underarm and full bikini) all was great, the treatment had worked until I got pregnant all the hair had returned! how can permanent hair removal return??? I had told the salon before hand I was trying for a baby and they did not tell me that a contraindications to the treatment could be reversible if I was to get pregnant other wise I wouldn’t have wasted my money, I would have started the treatment after pregnancy. Obviously they were just thinking about money and not customer care. Before writing this I did email the salon 3 weeks ago expressing my disappointment but they couldn’t even be bothered to respond to my email."

"Appalling customer service and exceptionally rude manager/owner. I have been going to this salon for a few years to have waxing done but today I phoned and booked in for a pedicure. A pedicure to me involves a foot soak, massage etc followed by nails. A girl called Sophie started doing the pedicure and I asked her why aren't you soaking my feet etc? She said 'its a dry pedicure'. We don't soak feet with our gel system as the feet have to be dry!!! Never in my life have I had a dry pedicure and paid £30 for the privilege of just having gel on my nails. I told the manager/owner that this should have been explained to me, but she was exceptionally rude and had a terrible attitude. She clearly doesn't care about her customers and did nothing to alleviate the situation. She just shrugged her shoulders, no apology or anything. She just kept saying 'well this is what we do here'. I said i am not paying for a service that I didn't receive. I work in customer services and believe customer satisfaction is first and foremost. Needless to say I won't be returning. The salon is also shabby and not particularly clean."
