"I returned to the Kings Road branch today wearing a pair of Russell and Bromley’s shoes that have lasted me for 12 years! Stephen in the shoe department recognised the shoe and asked if I had come to replace them. He appeared with an exact replica of my original ones, and almost apologised that they were £20 more than they’d been in 2006! I said that after inflation they were probably less expensive. Great shoes! Great service! Thank you Russell & Bromley!"
