"Absolutely terrible experience with this shop. Was a regular customer. Purchased a pair of shoes for a Gold ball. The shoes were faulty and the straps kept coming off the back off my feet. Was forced to try and use them as mules, nearly fell over in the process. Brought them back to the shop today. A member of staff said to me “do the straps fall off the back of your feet”. I replied yes she offered me an exchange, which I was willing to take. When I found a pair of mules that were comfortable the Shop Manager refused me an exchange. He claimed they were not faulty. He was rude and spoke to me like I was a child, asking me to leave the shop after I asked for my money back or an exchange. He was particularly unpleasant. There was another lady complaining about the straps on her shoes. He offered her an exchange. I think the Manager of the shop is racist. The Shop Manager is clearly short-sighted and unprofessional. Have reported this shop to Westfield and will report to their head office. Manager claimed the head office number and email is for online goods! Avoid at all costs! Had a call back from the Area Manager whom instructed the Shop Manager to replace my shoes, which he did. I purchased another pair of mules and was suppose to get ten per cent off for the stress I incurred. The Shop Manager refused insisting no one from head office informed him of this. This was agreed with a member of head office staff whom was extremely pleasant and professional. The Area Manager was fair."

"High quality heels/shoes for such an affordable price. Not to mention how professional and friendly the staff all are. The manager went above and beyond in customer service to get my shoe size delivered to my house as they were out of stock."

"The shop and quality of shoes is great. However in the Westfield Stratford store they should put a sign when they shut the door whilst people are still inside the shop. You can easily hit your head against the door if you dont see well. They should be more careful!!!!"

"went to Westfield Shepherds Bush White City what an amazing shopping centre!! it has lots of amazing shops, it basically had everything you could possibly ask for there as well as an amazing food court. I also went to an absolutely amazing looking shop called Miss Diva Shoes. Absolutely beautifully designed and decorated shop, with very helpful staff inside the shop. My wife and daughter loved it!! I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a ladies shoe shop then look no further and the prices are very fair considering you are in the No 1 Shopping centre in Europe. I definitely recommend going there, we had a lovely day there its well worth the experience. I cant wait to visit again!!"
