Reviews of Shoe Zone
"Great staff's. I was served by one of store staff called Marzia. She was really helpful and nice. I would really recommend this shop."
"Went into the store today brought a pair of shoes for £16 when I got to the till £1.80 had been added on I then asked why is this the mixed race man told me it's a cheeky way of getting more money from the customers not happy at all if a price states that it's a price then stick to the price down.t then add £1.80 to the bill when you get to the check out .very distusted won.t be using again ."
"Awful customer service. Closed store early and a queue of people were waiting outside to go in. This was on a Friday about 5.45. Worker at door was ignoring everyone and another member of staff left the store early. Reported to their head office who then tried to call the store and said no one was answering! I said yes, they're huddled around the till cashing up so won't pick up telephone. She reported it to the area manager. Absolute shambles, only wanted to exchange a size. This was in around mid May. Not been back and I'm left with trainers too small for my daughter. I'm a calm person but their appalling customer service put me totally off!"
"Came to the store just now to only exchange two pairs of shoes. They had closed 12 minutes earlier. This is unacceptable. You are opened until 5pm on Sundays. If I was let in, I would have have finished what I needed to do well before 5pm as I knew what I wanted. I used to work in retail and where I worked, we would close the door at the closing time."
"I would not recommend going to this branch of ShoeZone to anyone. Their customer service is terrible. I went today first this in the morning to buy shoes for my dad who is a disabled individual. There were 3 members of staff there with hardly anyone else in the store. When I asked for help they said look for yourself. I tried looking for the size my dad needed however I was unable to find it, so I asked the lady at the counter (apparently the manager) if they had any at the back. She said they didn't but they can order it, when asked if we need to pay for it she said with a rude tone 'Ofcourse we don't give shoes away for free' First of all no one asked for the shoes for free, it was a simple question as to how the system works. Her tone was exceptionally rude and she was realy unhelpful and when I asked to speak to the manager she claimed she is the manager herself and that she gives so called 'Excellent customer service'. Honestly I'm highly disappointed by the service received there and I am shocked that Shoe Zone hire such individuals to be their managers. No wonder their stores are almost empty. I would have given the store zero star rating if that was an option."
