"Adil is amazing! Made me feel very welcome and talked through everything thoroughly. I thought i had messed up my Head-Up Display (HUD) through the misuse of OBD11. However, it transpired it had just reset and the device was set to stay in the dash through the button on the right side of the vehicle. Extremely embarrassing situation on two counts for me, however, Adil didn't make me feel stupid at all and gave me reassurance that everything was in order by checking the error codes on the vehicle.
