"Been coming here for years until Covid. Had an appointment that i wanted to honour, never missed a previous appointment. This time i was stuck in a huge M6 crash aftermath for 2 hours, missing my appointment, Pentwyn wont rebook me. Poor way to treat a genuine customer."

"Avoid. Honestly the worst mistake I have ever made coming here. Took my money and my teeth but won't do anything to assist with the issues iv had now. Aftercare has been appauling. Honestly wished I'd of put up with the tooth ache instead of this headache they are now proceeding to give me. Paid £23.80 to see the dentist today in hopes that she would fix my denture and show me how to secure it properly - nope been sent away with no further appointment a worse fitting denture and still non the wiser on how to secure it into place. Please dont make my mistake and look around for another dentist before coming here"

"My dentist appointment today was 1650. I understand that at certain dentist practitioners need more time with there patients because of the procedures. However, after twenty minutes of waiting and no communication from any of the dentist staff. I decided to speak to the receptionist and enquire about my appointment. She replied “she (dentist) should ready in a few minutes”. I returned to my seat and decided to wait an extra five minutes. After five minutes had past and still there was no communication about my appointment. I again spoke to the receptionist. She then proceeded to go and find out what was happening. She returned to say” the dentist has had to go into a meeting”. I asked when did she do this. She did not know. So I had been waiting for my dentist appointment for over twenty five minutes and no message had reached me. Absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and common courtesy towards a patient. Everyone’s time is extremely important and I dislike any one who steals my time, let alone waste it like the dentist practitioner did today. They have defiantly achieved the incredible low standards they have set themselves. Very poor customer care. I would like to put no stars yet I can not publish the review."
