"Seem to have done a good job with the service and MOT but, I did ask for a quote on multiple occasions and never got one. Once when I called to book in and then again when I dropped the car off. I then asked if they could call and let me know how much it would be before they start which they didn't. So I then came back to a £305 bill which was a little more than I was expecting for a car that's only 5 years old. I don't know much about cars at all so wasn't in a position to query it plus the work had already been done but I was expecting it to be around the £200 mark so had a bit of a shock. Would have been fine if I'd had the call to say 'XYZ also need doing so you're looking at £X is that ok?' I'm sure they were just super busy but a basic cost beforehand or available on their website would have been ideal. I'm afraid this will stop me going to them in the future but I can't fault the work they did do."

"This is the second time I have used SAC 1st time for a wheel bearing and service on my T5, and second for two drive shafts on my Berlingo. Even though on both occasion's they were very busy they managed to squeeze me in. Very polite, good service and good rates, explained what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost and stuck to it unlike some places. Certainly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else."
