"Really not happy. I bought my 4 children in for check ups.. half an hour after the appointment time they called for the first child, fair enough people run late, but then the receptionist tells me that I have to leave 3 children and a baby unsupervised in the reception area as there is no room? How can you reasonably expect a 12 year old with Autism to look after another 8 year old child (who also has SEN) a 6 year child and a 9 month old baby? There was no mention of this when booking the appointment or I would have booked them separately!"
