"Called up to book an appointment. Lady put me on hold. Afteer 3 minutes came bk asked for my details. Found them. Then said shes reading a note. Then said she will call me bk. an hour later called, rang bk then went to awnser machine. Called another 2 times no response. Still awaiting call back been 5 DAYS NOW! Very unprofessional , horrible service. If your not spending lots of money on private treatments you are treated poorly as if your not important."
