"I visited The Cupping clinic just over a year ago for a 1 hour Aromatherapy massage and enjoyed. My only criticism was that they used cheap Supermarket branded baby oil as massage oil which felt like penny pinching but the massage itself was good . I received a Groupon voucher as a Christmas present and so tried to book again. The small print said this was fine if a voucher hadn’t been used for a year however on arranging , the clinic refused to honour the voucher on the basis I wasn’t a new customer despite this being very unclear in the terms . The Cupping clinic blamed Groupon despite it being their offer . I found the whole experience very unprofessional and would never bother using again ."
