"I recently visited the MCR Aesthetics clinic in Manchester and I have to say that my experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived to my consultation appointment, I was looked after with impeccable care and attention to detail. The entire facility was immaculate and professionally run with everything in its place. The owner of the clinic, Sarah, was incredibly welcoming to me throughout my visit and made me feel incredibly relaxed. Together, with the fantastic nurse practitioners, Sarah provided me with an amazing customer experience and made sure to explain the various treatments available in detail before I proceeded with any. The treatments that I went for during my visit were absolutely exceptional and were performed with expert precision. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about this type of treatment to visit MCR Aesthetics in Manchester. Sarah and her team of professional ladies are truly some of the best in their field and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers always have the best experience possible."

"From my own experience I do not recommend that you go to this clinic. I am almost 2 months into my treatment and from the beginning I have only had problems with the threads. It has caused bruising and edema that I still have. It could have given me an infection and they have never approached me with the necessary help and assistance. They offered me an appointment in Paris for a check-up and I'm still waiting. They never told me that when placing threads a correction was necessary and return, so if I had known, I would not have done it or would have done another procedure. I came from Switzerland to Manchester, with an appointment booked with Dr. Sara and I have been canceled and changed by the practitioner Steph, and since I had the flights purchased I had no choice but to accept. They left me waiting outside the clinic in the cold and rain for more than 1 hour and a half. I had to pay twice as much to wait in the taxi. They have put the threads on me too superficial, which caused an edema and it does not finish healing. It has deformed the left side of my face, it covered part of my hearing, not to mention the unbearable pain that I suffered during these months without ceasing, without being able to eat, swallow and blink normally. They told me that in a week it would be cured and that in a month it would settle down. And they repeated me every week. But I still have inflammation and deformation and my fox eyes have not been lifted. They've gotten stuck to the sides of the eyes and haven't even done their job. I had to go to the emergency room at the border and they didn't want to treat me, I had to insist, and still they didn't solve my problem. Dr. Sara never approached me for assistance and left me on hold. They keep ignoring me, which is negligent and disrespectful, and they have never even apologized. What happened to me was not my fault and it was not because I did not follow the care, but because of the bad way in which they put the threads on me. I followed all the steps that were indicated to me and suffered hell. It is outrageous. I paid £1500 and threads that haven't even done their job. My face is the same as before and on top of that the threads bother me and have left me with edema that does not heal. I trusted the Dr and her clinic and they have let me down. This is a vent."

"AVOID. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DONT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. This is in regards to the Manchester clinic, had an appointment at 11am, travelled 2 hours and the shop was CLOSED. Ignored on social media, all calls going to answerphone. Deposit paid for, booking confirmed, and the clinic is closed. TAKE THE REVIEWS AS THEY ARE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY."

"I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I can only assume these negative reviews are competitors that genuinely can’t compete. From walking through the door greeted by the lovely Gemma who made me feel totally at ease my experience was 5 star. I always have Sarah as her expertise is second to non … she told me exactly what treatment I required and I’m literally blown away by the results. I never liked looking at myself in the mirror and I feel my face has been transformed and I looked refreshed. Can’t thank these girls enough forever grateful in love with the results … have the best weekend Claire x"
