"The worst dentist surgery I have ever been too, the reception staff are rude and and massively unprofessional. The dentist I saw was incredibly negligent, proposed a root canal on a tooth that didn’t require it. Impossible to get appointments and when you do get one they leave you waiting an hour after your appointment time has started and then do not undertake or complete any work. I would avoid at all costs, go to literally any other dentists surgery if you have to because this is the worst surgery I have ever experienced."

"Turned up for appointment to be told it had been cancelled and I had apparently been notified by post. I had not received this notification and bearing in mind there are ongoing postal strikes nobody thought to follow the letter up with a phone call, so a wasted journey! The Receptionist said most people hadn't received the letters...really, how surprising!!! Telephone is never answered just rings out constantly, no point leaving voicemail as nobody returns your call either! I couldn't post this review unless I gave at least one star, otherwise they wouldn't get anything."

"I have been a patient at this dentist for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. I am also a patient that has to regularly attend the practice and all reception staff, dentists and especially Bharti are brilliant. I have never had an issue with getting an appointment for routine checks or emergencies. What I will say is that - I have seen these staff members be spoken to disgustingly by patients. They do not have to tolerate such rudeness. If you treat people with respect, they are much more likely to go out of their way to help you. If you treat them with disrespect, you deserve it back."

"After trying and failing to get through the the desk for an appointment this dentist offer a voice mail service to leave your name and phone number and someone will contact you when they become available. Unfortunately this was not the case and I ended up in hospital with Sepsis. When I eventually got through to the desk a few days after I returned from hospital the receptionist thought it would be a good idea to tell me that the messages are not listened to which unfortunately for them lead to client negligence. The staff were abrupt and rude when I asked about the complaint procedure and neglected to give me any guidance. It’s safe to say I am moving to another dentist."
