"I am a Chinese. Since I experienced Chinese medical in China, I can say the treatment he gave should not be this expensive and the cost of proprietary Chinese medicine should be low, but he charges far more than the average. I guess it could be there is not a lot of customer in this clinic and that is why the price is this high. I suggest you ask for price and make everything clear before you get treatment. Also, Chinese medical works slowly( Basically it solves your problem from the internal conditioning of the body ), so It is difficult to distinguish the level of a Chinese medicine practitioner‘s . And there is a professional Chinese medicine pharmacy (Tongrentang) in London, where the medicine will be more reliable than this clinic. I will update more information here after I try the medicine he gave me. If his treatment works, it may be worth charging over the odds."
"Went to this clinic because I was desperate with my breathing problem. Very poor experience. The guy doesn't say his name, gave me some pills to take but doesn't explain what that is for and what ingredients are in those pills. Cold unwelcoming room. Was going o add more sessions and I said no."
"Hi so I went there today for a sore knee and I know there are no guarantees so please be fair when u review . The treatment consisted of a couple of parts . The bill was a little bigger than I thought and he asked for cash . I suppose u have to be sure that u understand the costs when u have treatment . Overall a fair experience maybe a little customer TLC may help"
"I have been helped over the years, many times, by Dr Tang. Recently I have had acupuncture, cupping, massage and herbs, which have gradually removed the excruciating pain of an attack of shingles, and have helped with other associated problems. Some problems are complex and take time to heal, so one needs to have patience and a positive frame of mind. In the past I have had difficult problems for which I have had to resort to conventional medicine, but in this case I have found relief and help in a way which is not offered under the NHS. We are so used to having our treatment 'free' under the NHS, that we feel that private treatment of any kind is very expensive. However, no one in the NHS is able to give the time, attention and personal support which we can receive through Chinese and other forms of complementary therapy. My own GP, indeed, is happy for me to use acupuncture, he has observed operations carried out using acupuncture, successfully, as an alternative to anaesthesia."
"I had the misfortune of visiting this clinic, only to be disappointed with the treatment. I spent best part of £200 on two treatments only to be told that by Dr Tang that there is no guarantee his treatment will work. He wanted me to try 5 to 6 sessions with no guarantee that my lower abs pain will be any better not to mention over £500 I would have spent in the process of finding this out. The alternative medicine industry should be regulated as I believe the practitioners seem to be in the habit of fleecing you as I also found this out with a Chiropractor."
