"Came here back in 2016 as a 16 year old for an appointment to look of I needed braces. The dentist decided I don't (despite even still being told by other dentists to this day that I do) he said I wasn't eligible to get them on the NHS and rudely asked me if I had 1.5k at 16? I said no ofcourse I don't and his reaction was well I guess you can't have braces then. I should have spoken up about this years ago, and it really knocked my confidence with going to the dentist. Go somewhere else and avoid this place. Disgusting customer service from the orthopedic practitioners."

"Went to see Rachel last Monday to see if my daughter was eligible for NHS treatment, sadly she doesn't meet the criteria at this time. Rachel was very helpful and was really caring towards my daughter who suffers with anxiety. We were welcomed by reception who had excellent covid procedures in place, it was all quite daunting for my daughter the receptionists picked up on this really made an effort to calm her."
