Throughout my sessions with him he was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough, providing a bespoke rehab plan that he would adjust accordingly around my needs. His confidence in my recovery and expertise in identifying solutions to problem areas was so encouraging and reassuring. He got me from experiencing extreme ankle pain after a 1k run to being recovered enough to comfortably run a half marathon in November -a goal he continuously believed we could get to even when I was struggling to feel positive about recovery. "Fantastic experience. I was in a lot of pain with my knee when I first went to see Chris and unable to even walk without pain never mind run after being so active I was pretty miserable. "I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before!
