"I've been to see Chris a couple of times for various issues. Most recently, Chris provided manual treatment and helped me understand the reasons contributing to my lower back pain. He also gave me some useful tips on how to approach programming some of my barbell work to reduce the likelihood of future issues stemming from the same causes. "I went to Chris for help with long term pain in my shoulders. He did a thorough assessment of my whole body and movement quality. His in-depth knowledge of the human body is awe inspiring. His approach is to improve mobility and ease restrictions as well as treat the painful area. I think it is an interesting balanced approach which is more beneficial and more of a proper fix than just treating the specific injury in isolation. Chris gave me detailed and specific drills to do at home with explanations and videos, he did that outside the session which is above and beyond!
