The lady who weighed the baby was really nice but she was forgetful and a bit careless which made me lose confidence. First she forgot to write down the baby’s weight then forgot to check baby’s temperature before the procedure. For such a sensitive matter yes people may be nice but I’d expect people to be alert and on the ball. Dr Ahmed who did the procedure did a good job."
