"Great experience at this hospital with my daughter after getting ill. The nurses and doctors are very attentive, caring and properly understand the needs of the patient. The children’s A&E is very clean and nicely laid out. The wait times when we went we’re a little high but this is understandable given the time of year and stresses the NHS is going through."
"Waiting time noticed start from 4-6 hour maximum. But I am waiting 8 hr, I am still waiting might be take longer or not to see my chile. I see that some people coming after us but going earlir, as I see management in low level."
"Waited over 12 hours for a bed for a 3 month old baby who needed oxygen and was going blue around the mouth.. they also knew he was exclusively breastfed and gave me no way to feed my child because he was too poorly too latch. Been Left sat on 2 pushed together chairs for 8 hours it's an actual joke. 14 nearly 15 hours still no bed for the baby, no breastpump available, no Sterilising equipment for his bottles available and no food for a breastfeeding mother. His machines was left beeping all night even with his oxygen at 80."
"My daughter was seen and discharged in less then 2 hours. Arrived at 8pm and leaving at 9.30. Everyone who saw my daughter treated us with kindness and respect. Happy with the service and impressed. Thank you We saw 3 doctors and a triage nurse and a x-ray was completed by a very friendly and nice lady. Everyone put my child at ease. Hope we don't have to come back again but very pleased Thank you"
