"I'd bought a new car and I was worried about the brakes. I wanted another opinion before I took it back to the dealer because my vehicle should've been inspected before I picked it up.. I took advantage of kwik fit's free brake check. It took about an hour as they had advised me. The technician showed me the condition of brake discs with the wheels off and explained to me what they look for and advised me on the manufacturers permitted measurements. He also advised me on the condition of the suspension. A full brake inspection report was sent to me including photos. I was very impressed with the high level of service. All staff were very polite and professional. I felt a bit guilty for using them for the free brake check, but they were happy to be of service. I have had problems with car dealers in the past being dishonest. I'll be definitely going back to have my car serviced and mot 'ed there in the future. Thank you Jeanette"
