She took a full history and thorough examination. Never had a problem getting an appointment when any of the family have needed one and I have been a patient for around 30 years."
"Since December, I have had a flu jab at the centre, obtained a Dr’s referral letter regarding a knee injury & recently was seen in person by Dr Ahmed at the centre. The COVID measures in place are excellent, the reception staff friendly, polite & efficient. The web triage system is very good & hopefully it will continue after the pandemic, much more cost & time efficient for both patients & staff. Finally, I required a letter from my records emailing to me, again the reception staff were most helpful & sorted it, without any problems. In these challenging times, it’s great to see Lambgates operating so efficiently."
