"Very good experience with them when I was referred for an MRI. The results came very quickly and the staff was helpful. The issue I faced with them was the contact number which has issues and was busy for two days. It was very difficult to contact them using only the phone number they have on the website."
"My experience, due to suffering with anxiety, i was so nervous in fact had a panic attack before going for my mri. The receptionist Christine went above and beyond to ensure my referral was sorted,. From the second i was there the whole team outstanding, weirdly they seemed to know without me saying a word, the gentleman spoke to me with a lovely calming voice, felt safe,,important when you go ensure wearing clothes, all i had to do was take hoodie off, all jewellery off, the most important stay still, outstanding credit to the whole team ,sincerely thank you Debra you so much, from the second I was there ,the gentleman"
"Received a phone call to attend a appointment the lady who rang me was lovely & friendly, however when I turned up for my appointment the particular receptionist who was on this Sunday as I entered not even a good morning just said name fill this form in. She was extremely rude no ppl skills whatsoever and she was coughing away! However the radiographer was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. Would of given more stars if it wasn’t for the rude miserable receptionist, she obviously didn’t wanna be there. Shouldn’t have to turn up to a MRI appointment and nervous as it was and have that on reception as you enter."
"Super experience! The receptionist was super friendly, she checked me in really quickly. The radiographer was very knowledgeable, she made sure I was safe for the scan, she kept me informed throughout the process, also made sure I was comfortable. Parking is also available and the location is nice. I found it easy to reach the centre. I felt comfortable, thank you very much, team, such a great job!! I would definitely recommend this diagnostics centre, thank you so much!"
