"Really disappointing service. Ordered a lockable cupboard from City New & Used Office Furniture on the 8th November, I paid extra to have a key for the unit as it didn't come with one as standard. The cupboard was delivered with no key - I was advised they had sent the driver with the wrong one and a key would follow. Nothing, chased 21st Nov was told it was with the cupboard, explained it wasn't and was told they would send the correct key. Chased again 2nd December told they would chase it. Emailed 9th and asked how to return it as I feel I've been more than patient - no reply. Initial contact when I was ordering was great but I really feel like now they have my money I'm no longer worth the time or effort."
"Went into the showroom and then looked at products online. Wasn't quite what I wanted, I saw a maple top desk which was lovely but no pedestal or a white top desk with pedestal but not colour I wanted. Straight away offered a maple desk and added in a pedestal and slightly cheaper than the online quote too. Should be arriving this week too. Excellent"
