"2 hours wasted while they tried to sell you the workmanship, the quality etc. ages measuring up, getting samples out the car. Email days later £5500 quote to replace stair spindles and handrail in oak. Let that sink in… £5500!! No call to ask if we wanted go discuss quote so clearly they try it on. Thieving gets!!! Had it done for £1500 by a local carpenter and couldn’t be happier."
"Would never use these again, had to get them back 3 times to our staircase as they did a poor job of the stair treads looked like a child had cut the wood panels, 2 years later had a glass panel explode and shower my hallway ( lucky nobody near at the time) they happily replaced the glass panels and damaged hand rail but refused to pay for the damage to my oak floor, said I would need to claim off my house Insurance!!!!"
