"AVOID. Couple days I dropped my car for MOT at 162 Quarry Ln, Birmingham B31 2QJ, told the there is a screw need to be to be tighten up but when I picked up my car I noticed didn't tight up and I phoned back to them why didn't so. Excuse was tension need to be changed but promised to call back with a prices but didn't bother to call me back. I paid £30 for the MOT for nothing AND my MOT FAILED. But I passed £40 at my old garage. THEIR reason is so many parts need to be replaced and it will cost me £749.40 THAT not including the tension. I was disgusted with horrible service. I think of them in my dream how disgusting they are. I don't advice anyone get into traps. When you drop your car for MOT HERE 162 Quarry Ln, Birmingham B31 2QJ there different test address comes up on the certificate."
"We took our car here today due to the engine management light coming on. Our normal garage was closed over Christmas. Friendly service and very helpful. We asked if we could buy a fuse for our van as the fuse went on the wipers driving over to drop the car off. They gave us one for nothing. Home just less than an hour and they called to say it was a loose connection and all sorted and we asked how much and they said call it a hood will gesture and merry Christmas!! What a great service we will definitely be using them in the future. There are still good people in the world not looking to rip you off for the sake of it."
"My car broke down on my daughters birthday , the next day was her party . I was so frustrated , I called the garage they asked me to bring my car they will see what they can do about it . The tow truck got there , they looked at my car and told me they will repair it before 17:00 it’s nothing major and they had the part in stock . The price was reasonable and they did an amazing job .The mechanic was so kind he even dropped me and my two children home as it was nearby . It’s really nice to see humanity in a world full of inhuman people . The professional standard is exceptional , am so happy my car broke down . I’ll be doing all my repairs , service etc there . I definitely recommend ."
