"I needed windscreen wiper blades and had been told Europarts was the place to go. Rather than shop online and because I was already going to York I decided to go to store and get help (I am 68). I walked in and immediately thought there is a problem here. At the counter there was a man standing at each end with a queue of 3 men before me. The 2 men at the counter were saying "they have gone to make mine" the other said "i think they are cutting mine from scratch". There wasn't any staff apart from a lady in a back iffice. Eventually a man appeared with 1 persons part so he went off quite happy. The lady came out if the office, asked a 2nd lady to go get the 2nd mans item but then they started discussing the price. Meanwhile the male customer advisor just leaned against the wall behind the counter. After what seemed a very long wait without seeing customer advisors looking pro-active and trying to clear the queue (especially the young man leant against the wall - I just left - total waste of time and fuel driving around to find the Europarts Centre. I ended up going to a well known car, cycle and travel parts centre in central York where i walked in, after a very short wait was served by a polite respectful gentleman who organised someone to fit the blades for me within minutes. It was a very well organised service! Unlike the VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT EUROPARTS YORK!!"
"Realy well set out place. Very easy to buy parts. The realy bad side to euro is you cant ger your money back for refunds. Awfull customer service. Use autodoc much better company and service."
