"I’m a District Nurse. Yesterday when I arrived at my first visit I realised that my rear tyre was flat. I needed to get to my patients so called Kwik Fit for advice. They recommended re inflating my tyre & driving slowing to a local Kwik Fit centre. I phoned 2 centres & both said I’d have to wait till 1pm. I then phoned Sutton Coldfield centre & spoke to Richard. He told me to come straight away & they would prioritise my car. The lovely men at Sutton Coldfield Kwik Fit dealt with my car straight away. I needed a new tyre & they gave me a discount for being an NHS worker. Thank you Richard & the team, you were my heroes."
