"Worst customer service I went to this shop to return a cloth which I bought online because it was a small size for me. As per the return policy guidelines, I took a dispatch note and the return code. When explained it to a lady staff in the bill counter, she was not interested and treated me as if I was disturbing their business. What kind of service is that? Is this how you treat your customer if they want to return or exchange something?"

"Peacocks is a local chain store located within the Heathway Shopping Mall close to Heathway District Line Tube. There is also a good bus network. At Peacocks you can get reasonably priced clothes for children; ladies and gentlemen. There are always good offers. The staff are friendly and helpful."
"The stuff are so friendly and very helpful, it's can be a bit different going around the shop if you have a buggy /pushchair. It can be hard sometimes to find clothes that would fit me as I'm short (5 ft 2") so buying trousers is a pain, but there is plenty of different clothing options available."
