"Poor experience after the way Kay spoke to us while looking for a quiet spot to feed my daughter. As we don't know the area, we thought there may be a coffee shop indoors. After discovering there wasn't, we wondered outside and looked for a quiet spot to sit while so I could BF my daughter. Kay F came chashing after us and spoke to us like something off the floor. Won't be purchasing the coffee machine after all."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Christmas Products are in and l am afraid l couldn't resist buying some Christmas Present's! The product's they stock are good quality and not stupid money for the quality in my opinion. There is plenty of parking available. I haven't ever had any reason to be disappointed with their product's! There are Toilet Facilities if required. Also there is a lift if you are not good using the staircase. Ask and a member of Staff will direct you. If you cannot find something? Ask. Enjoy your shopping!"
