"(Menware side)the customer service we got from this Bengali short guy with sandals was extremely poor. Lack of communication, felt like we were making him work so hard LOL. It’s a groom outfit of course we are going to be fussy. We liked an outfit, we were ready to buy. But because of that sales assistant we didn’t buy. He wasn’t really selling the product. Very negative. and unsure. That place don’t deserve our money to pay their wages. So we bought similar outfit from different shop with better service."

"Bought a suit in July, for a wedding coming up. I need to book an appointment to collect my suit but nobody picks up the phone. After trying for 3 weeks, nobody has picked up the phone. I live 30 miles away. I’m not doing a 60 mile round trip just to be turned away. It’s shocking service"

"Customer Service was one of the worst things I have experienced. I had gone to get a grooms dress. The initial consultation was great. The lady with glasses explained the process and the things. The clothes was expected in 4 weeks. After the initial consultation it all went downhill. When receiving the clothes, we had noticed that things we had asked for and agreed were not received. The alteration of the clothes which was said to us can be done on the day or one day or two. Was now changed to will take upto a week. The second consultation was done by a man, who clearly thought he was communicating with animals. Because the service received was a complete and utter joke. When asking for a manager, nothing was progressing. As we had already paid for it, we had no other option. After a week of waiting, we get a call that the alteration could not be done. And the tailor has been ill for past couple days..no communication was provided to us to work around this. It was absolutely embarassing. We had told them, to provide us the clothing, and we will get our clothing altered ourselves, but we request some money back due to services which were agreed which wasn't provided. Now once this door was open, tones were changed they just "happened" to find someone who can fix the clothing. When we went to pick up the clothing after said "alteration" it was found that the alteration was not done correctly. Arms were still long and they were justifying it as they are fine. When clearly you can see it is loose. Another 2 hours was required to get this resolved. After this was done, we still had missing items which had to be sent to us via post. The moral of the story is...If you need to get wedding clothing for a groom and you have a strict deadline. DON'T COME NEAR THIS PLACE. If you have run out of options and this is your only place to go, please ensure you have given them 1 year in advance notice, because with the customer service, the inability to document anything, the disorganisation and just the overall management, you will not get any of your items in a timely and honest manner. "I have been shopping at Cuckoos for a number of years. Their outfits are simply the most elegant in the market. In this particular occasion, their services really stood out. I ordered an outfit for my engagement, there was a slight hiccup on the order (no fault of Cuckoos). Ruby and bilal were extremely helpful and proactive to resolve the issue. She went out of her way to fix the the issue, on her own personal time, and managed to get everything fixed in time for the big day. It was an extremely stressful time for me and Ruby took the time to listen to my problem and proactively take a lead and coordinate everything. I was very impressed by Ruby in particular and rate her service 5 star!"

"Really bad customer service by the ladies, found them very rude. Need to learn how to speak to customers. Asked a staff to hold some kurtas for me and come back in 20 minutes and she had put them back on display, then started to speak extremely rude to use. Shop is small, with flooring tiles held together with brown tape becarefull not to trip on tape and the store gets overcrowded. Everything we wanted had no size and once again the rude staff demonstrated lack of knowledge of products sizing or style. Personally would not go back. Prices are ok but not the best."
