"I cannot thank and fault Sally enough for the service she provided for my 9 groomsmans suits for my wedding in August. We spent a lot of time planning the styles and colours with Sally at her shop and she definitely did justice, we had so many wonderful compliments at our wedding. All our groomsmen looked dapper! We hired our suits and although we had a couple of snagging issues due to them being hired, Sally went out of her way to collect from my house and rectify/return within 24 hrs she literally went above and beyond for us to ensure the suits were fitted correctly on each groomsman. Unwanted issues can happens when they are hired suits! They were pressed and cleaned to a high standard I am very disappointed to see someone has decided to tarnish her business in such a harsh way, I genuinely dont believe Sally would leave groomsman to look like an embarrassment on their own wedding day that is just not in her nature! Sal put her heart and soul in her business and you can definitely sense that the moment you walk into her shop! Keep your head up Sal and keep doing what your doing, don't let them trolls put you down! I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Harrisons, the customer service was exceptional. Thank you for making our wedding day truly wonderful x"

"Dear Sally I’m afraid as lovely as you are, I must say I am upset the service received from the Bride and Groom at this weekends wedding. Stained suits and shirts is not the crisp effect we was going for. I understand suit hire will never be a perfect fit but Stel & Gio wedding was somewhat a joke and not the service they deserved. Shirts, waistcoats, and suits that did not fit not that where cleaned! To hire a suit and have members of a party clean suits and shirts the night before a wedding is unacceptable! The excuse of DPD and deliveries is not the grooms concern as the agreement is with you and not your supplier, I fail to understand how these suits where not arranged prior to the wedding date. To top this off we recommended your services to other members of the family for their weddings next year but we looked the idiots as we looked hideous on what should have been the best day of a bride and groom day. The comments made on the day by gusts left us all upset and embarrassed, this left the bride disappointed and upset on their wedding day. Another thing that did not sit well with me is that the day before, you knew there was a risk of not getting the party complete, but you still handed out an invoice asking for the full amount. I’m sorry but I do not think this is acceptable as what they had paid for, was not delivered. This was a huge disappointment"
