"Ok, senior review, nice quality fit and style. But after my single purchase was bombarded with email and even snail mail with offers to make a further purchase. I went through the entire purchase process again for a second purchase to discover my voucher code was invalid for this purchase. So I'm out. I didn't need the reduction, I liked the clothing, style and fit but was sufficiently hacked off by the sales pitch to make me think.... Nah I'm done here. Thanks. Mr Unsubscribe."

"Well done Abby! I walked in clueless and in desperate need of a new suit and a few shirts. My wife abandoned me to source this stuff on my own! Frankly I can only just about dress myself in the morning. Walked into CT and Abby helped me find exactly what I needed. Nothing was to much trouble and she rummaged through a recent delivery to find the size of trousers I needed. It's rare in this day and age to find a shop that has people willing and able to offer such an excellent level of service. "In the days where it’s just as easy to go online and order from most companies, it’s the service from the staff that matters the most. I had been tasked with purchasing 10 suits for a work event, no mean feat considering half the wearers were not based in the UK. After an initial chat with Oliver he understood the brief and gave me all the information needed to hand to the relevant people. Once everything was passed back to me I could have simply ordered it online, had it not have been for the exceptional service I first received from Oliver, I wouldn’t have gone back. As it was, I did and ordered them all in store. Oliver is a credit to the business he was attentive, knowledgable and patient and is the sole reason I used the store and not online to make the transaction.
