"I went to the Westfield Stratford store this morning (Saturday 18th March 2023) to collect my order. A young lady called Khadija assisted with my order. I felt warm welcoming. She also helped me to choose blazers for my daughter who is very picky with her clothes, and my daughter really liked it. Khadija, thanks so much for your customer service my lovely, I will continually do shopping from Stratford store."

"I had gone into the store last week and was looking for some assistance. A manager with a strong Italian accent who was assisting me made the experience displeasing. He passed judgmental looks and had an aggressive tone in his responses whenever I asked questions about the tailoring of my suit. He made me feel very uncomfortable and it appeared to me that other customers were put off as well. I made a purchase on this occasion but will not be buying from this store again."

"I agree with the previous reviewer, what an obnoxious manager! We were at the till ready to buy - did not inform us about additional cost of £105 for tailoring when pinning garments, etc - and saying it's "obvious" that there will be a charge at the very last minute - I thought fine, spent all this time here, let's do it then - but then he asks if we want the jacket shortened too - I said yes! you pinned it - so of course! He tried to make out we are the ones in the wrong, but I made him realise his mistake and we left the store. Walked across to another shop and bought from there. Bought from Reiss Stratford many years ago, will never do so again - you've been warned! Hope the previous reviewer gets a result, regarding the complaint - to be honest this manager should not be in retail/customer service positions. Glad we didn't waste money with this arrogant and disrespectful "manager"!"

"Received really bad customer service. Never been spoken to like this before at any store ever. The manager was very rude and aggressive from the start start. I went to return something, which was a little creased as it had been in my bag. He attacked me straight away, saying things like, "well this could be better", "Did we sell it to you like this?" "You don’t know how to fold clothes" etc. in a very sarcastic and aggressive tone of voice. I was shocked! Update: Sent a complaint to customer services and also forwarded the email to 2 of the regional managers but not had a reply yet."

"Good quality clothes, bit pricey lookout for sale many items you can save almost half price, not many varieties though, I've bought clothes from them lasted me for long time"
