She was very professional, capable,fast and nice. Was definitely my lucky day to be serve from he. As always italian customer service is flawless and perfect. Top. Thank you"

"No follow through. I asked to try on a few bras. I was trying to get the attention of the assistant who was at the till right next to me and I said excuse me several times. She pretended not to hear me and was counting the money with her colleague instead. So I left store without buying anything and no idea what my underwear size is still."

"I have to atleast give one star to write reviews. That's why i'm doing it. Very worse behaviours of the staffs. Basically i like the products of intimassi and a regular customer to the westfield sheperd. I went only to this stratford intimassi and felt like crying literately with the behaviour of the staffs. A lady behaved very rude and said i can't do refund and i have to exchange. I brough it with all the tags and she said it could have been washed. We can't refund. Go back to sheperd and get refund. Initmassi please you have to take note of this and have good behaving staffs in initmassi stratford please"

"Isabel and Maria at this store are angels! They were friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered the store. Even though I came towards closing time, they were patient and attentive, helping me find a perfect new bra for my birthday (and post lockdown weight gain!) and explained the size differences while being honest about what suited me!"

"Been to this Intimissimi store to try a bra on. The shop assistant handed over to me the bras to try on and showed me to the fitting room. I was trying the bras on in my own time and whilst changing back to mine she suddenly open the curtain to come in and ask me how I felt the bras - with no permission or warning whatsoever. She did not mind my shocked face and did it over again to push me to buy one of the bras and a pair of underpants to go with it. I felt embarrassed as this stranger opened the curtain of a changing room whilst I was almost beat naked. Even if I was going to purchase those bras I felt like leaving them at the store due to the SHOCKING service. Did not appreciate this at all, felt very violated. Not acceptable for a shop to do this, did not even ask for a sizing, just wanted to try on a bra in my own privacy. If there was an option of leaving a no star review I would. Intimissimi please choose your members of staff carefully - leaves a terrible stigma to the brand."
