Reviews of Whitelock's First City Luncheon Bar
"Such a great place to grab a drink! Stunning interiors with a top class beer offerinf"
"Lacks the easy go lucky feel it used to have and old peculiar isn't guaranteed any longer, another good old pub that's got above it's status, menu is too expensive as are drinks, the old luncheon bar with simple pub favourites was best. Been visiting since the early nineties and it isn't a patch on that any longer, outdoor heaters is the only real step forward, the rest is to suit the in crowd with deep pockets, obviously this review won't bother use owners but I know a lot of people who don't visit any longer due to pricing. Our loss, like so many others."
"When i have a chance i always stop here: food is always really good and the menu changes seasonally. Of course has to be visited because it s the oldest pub in leeds and you'll notice that as soon as you walk in. Very very curios!"
"Beautiful traditional pub. Lovely atmosphere altogether Good drinks as well."
"Best pub in leeds for real ale and ciders. Been going for 20 years and it's always had a good selection of drinks, rarely enough seats but friendly and efficient staff"
