"I had a very disappointing experience at Moss Bros store on 17th and 18th February 2023. I purchased three items of clothing, a shirt, a T-shirt, and a jumper, but when I arrived home and opened the shirt, it was dirty, as if it had been spilled on. The jumper also had some stains on it. When I went back to the store the following day to exchange the items, the only worker in the store at the time, Dan, refused to exchange them and accused me of spilling coffee on the shirt on purpose. This accusation was completely unfounded and made me feel embarrassed. When I asked for a refund, Dan also refused to provide me with a refund. This is unacceptable behavior from a customer service perspective, I would not recommend this store to anyone, and I will not be returning. I hope that the store will take immediate action against their staff and ensure that this kind of behavior does not happen again. Overall, my experience at Moss Bros was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend shopping there."

"Would give zero if I could. Four members of staff, mid week, an empty store, they stood on their phones and barely responded to my partner. They ignored that he had a booked appointment to rent a morning suit. They put him in a frock coat and told him it was a morning coat. The suit was ill-fitting and they just told him that's how it is supposed to look. Thankfully, for very little extra money, my partner went to a suit store in Sloan Square and managed to get what he needed."

"If I could give no stars, I would. Went in here yesterday looking for a suit for a Vegas themed event I have coming up. Three members of staff were helping one customer. I was looking around for a bit waiting to be approached. Eventually one of them came up to me after about 15 minutes. I said hello, they looked at me then walked away. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Never going back there again that’s for sure."

"We have been attendant today by Mr. Darren. We just came to find a whole suit for my boyfriend as we have to get married in two weeks. Before to arrive I was checking shops in Google maps and we decided go to Moss Bros, the shop was very tidy Clean and orderly. You could find everything perfectly and the price well exposed. Darren asked us what we were looking for and he immediately started making measurements for my boyfriend. We found the suit we liked. The boy also worked on the arrangements of the suit.Many thanks."

"Been in the UK for a week. Coming from a tropical country, I'm not too familiar with suits and using them for work but Darren has been a massive help, giving out spot on suggestions and knew my size without taking measurements. The suits he recommended fit me perfectly that it's almost custom made for my body. Needless to say i bought all of it and will definitely be coming back for more. All the best to Moss and Darren!"
