"Unfortunate experience, spent a large amount of money for two sets of suits, choice, quality, and treatment were good. After picking up it turned out the trousers had not been fitted on the waist (wasn't slimmed and the pins were still in). I went back and was told they'd do it for free at the end of the week (as I needed the suit urgently in the week). When I came back at the end of the week the store was closed (it was literally 7:08pm and the official website as well as google cite opening hours as until 8pm). I was told through the door to come back the next day. I did come back the next day, but was told the additional tailoring needed to be paid for, thanks for nothing. I have now picked up the trousers (paid addtl. £15) and they're still not tight enough (though the pins were put correctly). Overall, very disappointed by the dismissive and nonchalant experience for a brand that I otherwise really liked."
