"I wanted to try on a slim fit shirt in store. The sample shirt given to me in the fitting room was in disgusting condition with the collar drenched in sweat stains. Completely unhygienic. I don’t think the shirt has ever seen the inside of a washing machine! I’ve never come across anywhere that offers such dirty clothes to try on with only one size available per dirty shirt."

"I was disappointed in the lack of white shirt styles available in this shop which prides itself as one of THE shirt shops. Just the same shirts as everywhere else. Other than that, it's nice and accessible with polite staff. Good disabled access. It is part of the Westfield shopping complex."

"I couldn’t be more disappointed. I bought an expensive coat and payed £40 on top of it to get it fit. When I came to collect it, not only the length was wrong but the sleeve was also not straight. I refuse to believe it was done by a “professional”. Additionally, a few days later when I returned to the store to collect the coat, the store was closed even though google says it opens at 8:00. I had to wait for 45 minutes while the salesman, who could just have handled me the coat, was inside the store but he didn’t care enough. Id give zero if I could."
