"My son bought a suit from another branch when he got home the suit did not fit him properly. He said sales assistant helped him. Today we took the suit back to the Holborn branch. The two staff working were very helpful to make sure he got a good fit suit thank you to staff at Holborn."

"Just collected a suit for my sister’s wedding and the staff member I dealt with was fantastic! Incredibly helpful and accommodating with making some last minute changes to make sure it fitted perfectly. Side note - I’d been into about 4 stores in London as part of the process of hiring this suit (trying to find different styles, get fitted etc.) and the service was dreadful in most of them. So thank you to the Holborn staff for going the extra mile!"

"The store phone does not work so there is no way to call and gain information about rental status. My partner’s suit was not ready on time requiring us to make 3 separate, 2 hour trips to the store to check our order status (remember, the phone does not work so we had to physically go). When we finally got home after getting the suit we ordered, we realized the white shirt that was supposed to come with our suit was not in the bag. We had to make a rushed trip to a different store to get a white shirt before the wedding event we rented the suit for. Again, no way to call the store to complain and find a resolution. TERRIBLE. Will never ever use this company again."
