"I have just been into your bar with my mum, friends and boyfriend. We are not happy with the service to say the least, we were not told that the cocktails were pre made, the menu is very misleading, stated we would get fresh mint in the mojito and we didn’t. The young man behind the bar with the green and purple hair was very cocky in his response he said that’s how they are made to make it quicker for the weekend and we over heard him saying to a customer “I don’t care I’m just here for the laugh” he was also smoking his e cig behind the bar and did not seem concerned that we were unhappy, we were not offered an alternative or given any form of apology for the attitude we were given. It seems very unprofessional and not care about customer service at all. We left, no thank you, nothing. We did not enjoy our drinks and feel they were expensive for pre made drinks and as I said it should be stated on the menu that they are not freshly made."
