"Benjamin James provided us with a full kitchen in Handless Light Grey which we installed ourselves. The kitchen looks fantastic and is of a very high standard. The quality of the units and doors is first class and we will definitely buy again if needed. I planned the kitchen design myself and made a few mistakes - Ben flagged these and suggested options for us. The customer service level with this company is extremely high which made the whole experience of purchasing so much more easy. Ben was always available to answer my questions on email or phone - usually within an hour. This makes all the difference when you need help on the finer details of the install. I will certainly use them again and cannot recommend them enough!! I wish there were companies like this for all aspects of home improvement! 10/10 for us!"

"Where do I start?? My new kitchen supplied by Benjamin James Kitchens is absolutely amazing! I am so thrilled with the fantastic quality, and for such a fair price. All the units came already assembled, not flat packed, and the quality is unbelievable, they were delivered on the day and time I requested. I plumped for grey gloss doors, I also had grey carcuses to compliment the doors, I am over the moon with with it. I looked at so many kitchen showrooms before discovering this online company, and so pleased I went with these. After having 3 previous very expensive quotes, Benjamin James undercut everyone of them quite considerably. Ben is such a nice guy, and so conscientious, there was a slight mark on one of the doors, he came a couple of days after me contacting him and delivered a replacement himself!! Fantastic after sales service, that I have NEVER experienced before. I have just read one of the other reviews on here, a so called customer saying he was scammed by this company! I am totally shocked and annoyed by this comment and don't believe it for a second!! In my view this must be another kitchen company jealous of the amazing service and quality offered by Benjamin James. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you Benjamin James, I can't recommend or thank you enough!"

"Ben of Benjamin James helped us out when our original supplier provided doors that were not to our liking. They were shaker top of the line wooden doors but the painted aspect left a lot to be desired. To the rescue came Ben with a couple of doors, one of which matched what we were originally trying to do. They were painted well and the quality exceeded the originals at a lower price! What a find wish we have known about them before, They will certainly be out first contact for the next kitchen!. Ben was excellent always helpful and very reponsive - Great company and great products"
