"A good selection of suits, but I'm genuinely lost as to how they have gotten so many 5 star ratings for service, as my experience just felt surreal. When I asked a trio of unoccupied staff members about hiring suits for a wedding, they looked at each other in what amounted to a stare out contest for who had to suffer through it. Eventually one caved with a muttered "fine", and took me to the hire section. After asking me for the size (40R) I was handed a 36S ("Close enough") and told they weren't sure if they still stocked the suit I was looking for, then asked for a 50% deposit. On a suit I hadn't tried on, couldn't be sure was even available, and wouldn't find out until a week before the wedding. All while wearing something that made me look like a child who had outgrown his school uniform. I pointed this out to him, and was given a different suit, this time two sizes too large (44R). Much better. Especially baffling given the rest of the shop is organised by size. I won't be so rude as to bother them again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. Go there if you want to buy suits and shop undisturbed (and if the rest of Bromley is closed), but hire from literally anywhere else."

"Amazing service here from Stuart and the team. I was gifted a couple of suits at Christmas, bought in the Glasgow branch - they needed some tailoring and the Bromley branch were incredibly helpful. Despite the shop being really busy Stuart the manager took the time to help me out personally, I felt really well looked after. Stuart was expert in taking measurements and making sure the fit was how I wanted it. Got the suits back a couple of weeks later (I was in no rush) and they were perfect. Will definitely be using this branch again. Great range too!"

"After a bit of a shaky start with a junior staff member, Stuart, the manager took over and the service couldn't have been better. Stuart was extremely busy serving multiple customers, but took the time to make sure my suit was perfectly tailored. I was a bit last minute and he made sure it was ready within 2 days and he even waited behind after normal closing hours, so I could collect and try on the suit after work. Stuart is a true professional and I'm very pleased with the suit, thank you."
